Joining Commissioner Garber will be the local ownership group that is seeking to bring the 16th Major League Soccer team to Philadelphia as part of a $500 million waterfront revitalization project in the historic City of Chester. Governor Edward G. Rendell and numerous other local, state and federal officials, along with soccer fans and luminaries will participate. Location: All members of the media are asked to be in position no later than 1:45 p.m. Please enter through the loading dock on the south side of the building.
