Our GALAXY friends up north just had another great night...

An amazing Saturday night at the Home Depot Center included a total of seven goals from both teams in the L.A. "Superclasico" derby, the first of 3 this season.

GALAXY 5 - 2 CHIVAS USA

Landon Donovan scored a hat trick, bringing his season-to-date goals tally to eight - in only 5 games, far more than any other player in Major League Soccer.  Donovan, already last week's MLS Player of the Week, is perhaps headed for the same honor again after this 5-2 win; his goal-scoring is on MLS season-record pace.
